Kenya in talks with IRB to play Portugal in Nairobi

The Kenya Rugby Union is in consultation with the International Rugby Board (IRB) to have the national team play two test matches ahead of their 2014 Confederation of African Rugby Division 1A Championship defense in Madagascar.
