It was sweet revenge for Homeboyz who lost 21-5 to KCB at Dala 7s finals last time out but it did not come on a silver platter as they had to prevail over unrelenting pressure from their opponents who are still leading the circuit standings despite their loss.
Jacob Ojee sent the Bankers ahead but his effort went unconverted before Leonard Mugaisi levelled after Alvin Otieno sent him through with Mike Wanjala converting for a 7-5 lead.
KCB bounced back after forcing an error off the Deejays with Ken Moseti scoring and converting to make it 12-7.
Augustine Lugonzo pounced on a loose ball to touch down and put Homeboyz ahead heading into the interval 14-12.
KCB were dealt with a huge a blow on resumption when creative spark, Moseti was stretchered off.
Homeboyz found confidence with Wanjala scoring underneath the posts as Lugonzo converted for a 21-12 lead.
Fabian Olando would score at the death for KCB but the damage was already done as Homeboyz lifted the third leg of the Safaricom 7s Circuit.
Mwamba finished third after edging out Top Fry Nakuru 12-7 with Godfrey Mbeya giving Wanyore an early try before national 7s forward Dan Sikuta went over as Kevin Atandi converted to give Mwamba a 7-5 lead at half time.
Shaban Ahmed sealed victory for Mwamba after reacting to a loose ball to sprint to the try line for a 12-5 win.
Churchill Ooko scored a brace of tries to help Strathmore Leos lift the Plate following their 14-10 win over Lunch Bar Quins.
Paul Abuto put Quins ahead but former 7s player Max Theuri missed the conversion as they led 5-0.
Strathmore would enjoy possession, eventually putting points on the board courtesy of Ooko as Humphrey Owuor converted to put them 7-5 up.
Arthur Ochieng touched down on the stroke of half time to put Quins ahead but Ooko completed his brace on resumption for Owuor to convert for the final score line.
Impala won the Bowl with a 5-0 win over Western Bulls as Daystar University beat KCA 17-7 to settle for the shield.
The Series enters its penultimate stage next weekend with the Prinsloo 7s at the Nakuru Athletic Club.
