“Cameroon favourably welcomed the request of Sierra Leone to play the October 11 game in Yaounde,” said Fecafoot.
The two countries were already scheduled to play the reverse fixture at the same venue on October 15.
Sierra Leone have already been ordered to play all of their home games outside of the country.
They played their home game against the Democratic Republic of Congo in Lubumbashi.
Cameroon lead Group D with six points, ahead of the Democratic Republic of Congo and Ivory Coast, who both have three points, with Sierra Leone still without a point.
Nearly 3,000 people, most of them in Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea, have died as a result of the Ebola virus.
