JOB OUTLINE: AGENT

 

MAIN PURPOSE

To increase Branch profitability through the successful selling/letting of properties and the continued growth of marketshare, whilst providing service excellence and the adherence of minimum requirements to ensure that the

PGP Brand and ethos is upheld.

KEY OBJECTIVE

SALES/LETTING

PURPOSE

To increase market share and profitability of the Franchise

ACTIVITIES

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

Canvas residential area for stock and build relationships · An adequate number of mandates

· Increased awareness and visibility of the PGP Brand in the area

Start, build and maintain a client database · Database should be current and meaningful
Ensure that the mandates are serviced professionally at all times e.g. Showdays, working buyers, lists, writing adverts etc.  

· Increase in number of sole mandates

Provide appropriate levels of service to Buyers · Improve effectiveness and efficiency

· Increase in Sales

Stay up to date with all local and industry developments within residential area · Increase in mandates

· Adherence to Estate Agents Code of Conduct

· Clients better informed in order to make decisions

Negotiate and close the sale/letting successfully · Effective price counselling

· Agreement of Sale/Letting completed within accepted standards

· Offer to purchase/ letting handed to the owner and office approval

Ensure that after sales service with client is maintained and problems resolved · Value of PGP Brand re-enforced

· Future growth in market share secured

· Seller receives appropriate gift

Understand all existing and new IT capabilities and requirements · Trained Agents with a high standard of computer literacy
Property Listing Form to be fully completed and accurate · Agent able to accurately capture information onto theWebsite/GoldNet
Utilise and analyse existing database relevant to the Agent’s area · Proactive contact with existing clients resulting in increased listings
Invest in own business and partnerships · Increase in sales

· Increase in commission earned

· Positive working relationship and attitude
